Joe Malasky, President
Joe founded PolyLinks in 1995. He has more than 30 years of experience in this industry including working with advanced manufacturing teams at prominent companies like Motorola and Kodak. He has extensive training in tool design, molding, project management, machining and business.
Chris Payne, Engineering Manager
Chris has worked in the tool and mold industry for 12 years serving as a tooling engineer and quality manager. Through his military service he gained skills with computers, project and personnel management experience and a strict attention to detail. His expertise includes developmental support and design of consumer and biomedical products.
Chris Fore, Quality Manager
Chris has 20-plus years of experience in the manufacturing sector, including 14 years with an injection molding company focused in the automotive industry. Chris is dedicated to bringing the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction to clients of PolyLinks.
Rich Basham, Molding Manager
Rich brings 20+ years of injection molding experience with the automotive supplier industry with him to PolyLINKS. He has a strong history in thermoset and thermoplastic applications while conforming to the requirements of ISO standards.
Shane Chandley, Production Manager
Shane has worked in manufacturing for 20+ years, with the last 15 years in injection molding, primarily for the automotive industry. Experienced in machinery fabrication, maintenance and repair, planning, scheduling and staffing, with a strong emphasis on Lean Manufacturing and TPS (Toyota Production Systems) techniques. Shane's goal is to help PolyLINKS successfully grow through teamwork to acheive and maintain customer satisfaction with quality products delivered on time.
Jenny Hassler, Controller
Jenny, a Certified Public Accountant, is responsible for the company’s day-to-day financial management. Prior to joining PolyLinks Jenny was the financial director for All Retro Games. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Carolina University with a BSBA in Accounting. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and playing with the latest Apple technology.
