About Us

PolyLINKS Inc. began in 1995. In the summer of 1996 the company moved to the Asheville, NC area where it started its Tool Shop and Rapid Prototyping. The year 2000 brought new changes when PolyLINKS began its molding operations. Today, PolyLINKS is an integrated company dedicated to finding and implementing innovative solutions for producing precision plastic parts that are small and challenging.


Joe Malasky
President

Founded the company in 1995. Background in Molding and Tooling since 1980. Worked for prominent companies such as Motorola and Kodak on advanced manufacturing teams.  Has extensive training in tool design, molding, project management, machining and business.
 		Ed Peart
Vice President

Registered Professional Engineer.  35 years experience in design and development of consumer and medical products utilizing mechanisms of small metal and plastic precision parts.  Concurrent experience in injection mold design.
