The seminars will be illustrated primarily with examples from medical devices, information technology, and biotechnology sectors.

Seminar Two: Overcoming Problems in Prosecution of Patent Applications
- Date to be determined; 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Session I: First Office Actions. Expect “It’s Obvious,” and rebut it.
- Session II: Second Offices Actions. Get Your Affidavits Ready.
- Session III: Third Offices Actions Hope is not lost. The Art of the Telephone Interview.
Seminar Three: Overcoming Barriers to Commercialization
